TGS Friendship Awards
Several students at Thomaston Grammar School were recognized for the attribute of friendship at a school-wide assembly on Tuesday, January 3rd. Students presented with the Friendship Award were: Kevin Secotte, Alex Stinson, Mason VanHorn, Skylar Haynes, Payton Porter, Gemma Rubino, Koral Garrison, Elizabeth Guzman, Mya Rodriques, Aria Hoose, Alex Watson, Haylee Brooks, Olive Grierson, Preston Fish, and Lexi Trumble. The students chosen for this award are known to be excellent friends. They are true friends because they listen and support others because they care about them, not expecting anything in return. These students are selfless and make time for others no matter the situation, big or small.
Isabella O’Clair was also presented with the Principal’s Award. Isabella is a wonderful member of the TGS community. Isabella is kind, safe, and tries her best, always. To her, this comes automatically. Isabella consistently cares about the well-being of her peers and the staff members at TGS. She works hard and is consistently respectful in her interactions with all members of the community.
Congratulations to all the students who received awards at TGS this month!
